Only a week ago I published a post to challenge myself to style 10 items for 10 days. It was based on a feeling of uninspiring winter and to feel good about my clothes again. But back then I had no idea that the weather forecast will be right for once and we will experience really lovely spring weather in February. It’s so unusual. I think it’s time to look forward to warmer weather and show off that lovely blouses and shirts that were hidden under thick sweaters or sweaters in general. Here is my Spring Capsule Wardrobe what I created from the clothes that I already have in my closet.
Trenchcoat // Leather Jacket // Blazer // Sweater or here // Stripe T-shirt // Short Sleeve T-shirts // Shirts // Silk Shirt // Smart Pants // Jeans and here and here // Skirt // Hat // Tote // Scarf // Loafers // Mules // Trainers // Pumps // Sunglasses
Spring Capsule Wardrobe
With my tiny all-year-round capsule wardrobe there is not much to swap around. But I really looking forward to wear a lighter jackets and shirts without adding extra layer. Also when it comes to a shoe choices I can’t wait to wear mules again. They became my go to shoes past few years and I am glad I gave them a try.
What Is Included in My Spring Capsule Wardrobe
Lighter jackets, shirts and blouses. I wore that type of clothes even before but with the warmer weather I can show it off not to hide it. And all that loose shirts looks so good once we wear them with slingbacks or for with the slides for a weekend. Or trainers is your choice of shoes? Not a problem, loose shirts will look super cool with them as well.
As I mentioned so many times I stoked up on jeans last year, but I am glad I did. As this year I can wear all of them and to feel that special spark of joy like they are a brand new, as I didn’t go out much last year 🙂
Also what I looking to wear more often is a skirt and dresses. I don’t wear many skirts and dresses over the winter so I really looking to wear them more often. And can be actually anything better than to wear silk skirt with a basic t-shirt and trainers?
And yeah I nearly forgot to tell you, Organic Basics launched loads of new items just a few weeks ago, their denim collection is pretty nice, and they were so kind they offered 10% discount for you with the code PRETAOBC5.
What did you included or will you include in your spring capsule wardrobe? Did you created your spring capsule or do you think it’s too early?
