Do and don’ts of job interview attire?

Always wear a pair of clean trousers, but don’t overdo it with the formalities. Maybe throw in a sweater or blazer, maybe even those classic work boots – just be sure to keep things cute; this is an interview after all! And please, avoid wearing any colours that give you an ‘aggressive’ appearance in terms of aggressive hues; you don’t need to look like someone who could scare little kids away. Go for something more soft and quiet as best you can! Otherwise, go for something simple and professional that’s more of a standard go-to outfit.

A Bit More Casual Dress Code For an Interview

If one’s job is of a more casual nature, it’s probably best to keep things simple. If one must wear jeans, they should be black and never torn up. Even better is if one can keep things professional by dressing in smart trousers or a nice top, although if it gets too stuffy black jeans are permissible with no see-through tops, please. Always try to make sure the cleavage is covered as cleavage will get you noticed for all the wrong reasons!

Wearing  Layers For an Interview

When we talk about looking professional and lovely on the outside, we still would like to be and also we need to be warm enough to bear the winter cold. In this case, the layers are the key. Under the top, you can wear a tank top/cami top or under the sweater stick the simple t-shirt.  By wearing the blazer on top you will look professional but you stay warm too.
