Whoever is lucky enough and is able to work from home, it may come to the point, being fed up of too comfortable lounge wear and would like to dress up a bit. Even the little change can make a huge difference. It will boost your confidence and your productivity. But I get you, sitting behind the kitchen table at the black pants or dress up skirt is not something what you want to wear at home either. If you like being comfortable to wear casual clothes but still look smart here is a small inspiration how to achieve everything.

Work From Home
Working from home can be a dream come true. If you have your home office fully set up you would like to enjoy it to the fullest and smart casual clothes comes with it. It wouldn’t be the best feeling sitting at home and feeling uncomfortable in the tight restricting clothes. But if there is unexpected video call you don’t want to be seen in dirty and stretched out t-shirt either. Finding the balance is the key.
Challenge Yourself
You don’t need much clothes when you work from home. I am even able to stick to my uniform of capsule wardrobe. If you like you can challenge yourself and try to create tiny capsule wardrobe for a week and see how many outfits you can create from a few pieces. Or you can try a 10×10 challenge. Even if you are not successful there is not too much fuss around it, as you and your loved ones are only people who will see repeating your outfit. You can even try something funky to made up your day. Happy socks are great to make you smile.
What Materials To Choose
Try to stick to breathable and stretchy materials. It doesn’t mean that you work as you would in the office, you don’t need to please everyone needs. You do! Your family always needs you! It means more running for you, because you need to do 2 jobs at the same time.
What Fit To Go For
I am all for looser clothes. Straight and stretchy jeans with the loose blouse is my go to work from home outfit. Comfort and smart look of the blouse makes me feel like I am working from the office not from the home office corner. Or fitted sweater and loose jeans are great options too. Nili Lotan designed special Work From Home collection to give you some idea.
Accessories
To work from home is great for our skin as we don’t need to put heavy make up, or any make up on. But as a finishing touches we can use some nice flat shoes or sunglasses, for the time when we need a bit of break and to enjoy our afternoon coffee in the garden.
